Updates Nextcloud image to 31
Adds tasks to gather and run open background jobs on demand (run nextcloud.yml with --tags run_background_jobs)
Always tears down the Docker Compose stack before updating it (will not delete any data)
Updates all apps during deployment
Adds missing indices
Runs maintenance:repair --include-expensive
Maintenance activities should run at night between 01:00-05:00 UTC
Sets default_phone_region (nextcloud_default_phone_region, default: DE)
Docker Compose should always pull images to get the latest digest of a tag
Explicitly handles maintenance mode around instance setup
Provides and runs database utils scripts (customize through nextcloud_database_utils, see default vars)
- Runs script which fixes updating InnoDB to use ROW_FORMAT: DYNAMIC - Nextcloud docs state that maintenance:repair is supposed to do this but at least with --include-expensive, this is not the case (anymore).
